GASPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) — Firefighters in Gasport fought back a stubborn blaze Thursday morning at a vacant machine shop that used to part of the Friend Manufacturing complex.

Volunteer firefighters from the Gasport and Terrys Corner fire departments worked the fire at  4441 Prospect Street for about three hours.
