Spice lovers, there’s a recall out for a very popular hot sauce.
Bottles of “Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce” are being recalled in Australia and New Zealand over fears the bottles could explode.
Food Standards Australia New Zealand, which is the governing body for food requirements there, is warning that a build-up of lactic acid could cause the bottles to “bloat and continue to ferment” causing it to splatter.
