Brett Hilton’s walk off single in the bottom of the seventh inning propelled St. Francis to the 2018 Georgetown Cup with a 1-0 win over St. Joe’s Tuesday afternoon at Coca-Cola Field.

The Red Raiders won the first game of the three game championship series 3-1 on Monday.

Gavin Krawiec pitched a complete game shutout for the St. Francis, and made a potential game saving play in the top of the seventh inning.

With a runner on first, St. Joe’s tried to execute a sacrifice bunt. The ball popped into the air and Krawiec dove off the mound to record the first out and then fired to first to double up the runner.
