(WIVB) – New York’s ban on flavored vapes goes into effect on Monday.

If a store is caught selling these vapes, they’ll face a $100 fine for each item in their inventory.

Additionally, pharmacies and stores with pharmacies inside will be prohibited from selling all tobacco products.
