Study: Too much time in front of screens may hurt your child’s development

News

Your kids’ health might be dramatically impacted by how much time they’re spending staring at screens.

Letting your child spend too much time looking at a screen could be hurting their development.

According to a new study published by The Lancet, cutting back screen time to two hours or less per day can lead to better brain function.

Experts also recommend making sure your kid gets enough sleep and has at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day.

It can lead to improved perception and cognition.
