ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) - - A grand jury has handed up an indictment against the 19-year-old accused of killing two Brockport grads.
Mason Earle was indicted on charges of murder in the first degree and arson.
Earle was arrested after the bodies of Alexander Burrow and Bruce Kane were found in a burned out car in Hamlin last month. Deputies said the pair had been shot.
“Thank you to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for their swift and thorough investigation which led to the arrest of Mason Earle and ultimately his indictment,” said District Attorney Sandra Doorley. “Our office will prosecute this crime to the fullest extent to ensure that justice is sought for the victims and families of this heinous crime.”
