On Tuesday, local law enforcement officers say they found marijuana, cocaine and other items during a search at a residence on Lester St.

The raid occurred during the morning. There, eight pounds of marijuana, 1.5 ounces of cocaine, digital scales, a cutting agent and packing materials were found.

Christopher Miller, 30, was subsequently charged with criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell, criminal possession of marijuana and three counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says Miller’s arrest was the result of a two-month long investigation stemming from a tip.

Miller was taken to the Erie County Holding Center on no bail.
