Two West Seneca sisters charged with burglary

ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two sisters from West Seneca have been charged with burglary in connection with a June burglary in the Town of Elma. 

Marcia Patterson of Angle Road and Melissa Hauser of Reserve Road were arrested Monday by New York State Police and charged with second degree burglary. 

The suspects are accused of prying open a window with a screwdriver at a Clinton Street residence and entering through the window, stealing a number of household items and several firearms 

The stolen items including the firearms have been recovered by state police. 

Both suspects were given a court appearance date.
