PHILADELPHIA, PA (WIVB) — A video which is going viral now has drawn both ire and admiration from those who have watched it.

The video appears to depict an unidentified flying object (UFO) slowly floating over Philadelphia. Hector Garcia, the man who captured the video, has received over 1,000,000 views on Youtube, and news outlets across the nation are beginning to pick up on the story.WATCH | Tune in to News 4 at 6 to watch Luke Moretti as he investigates UFO sightings in the western New York area. 

Garcia said he was amazed when he saw the object and decided to film it due to its odd nature. He said the object changed shape and had scintillating lights.
