Transit Police are investigating a shooting that happened on a NFTA Metro Bus. 

An NFTA spokeswoman said the incident occurred when the bus was located at Eggert near the 33 on Friday night at 10:30 p.m. 

The female victim was transported to ECMC with non-life threatening injuries, according to a news release. 

NFTA said the investigation is continuing.
