NASA satellites find largest seaweed bloom in the world

(WIVB)– NASA satellites have found the largest seaweed bloom in the world.

The unprecedented belt of brown algae stretches from West Africa to the Gulf of Mexico.

It’s been a problem for shorelines including the gulf, and even the Florida coastline.

The research group’s lead scientist says the blooms are ultimately related to climate change.
