ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Buffalo Bills rookies have reported to training camp.

For the first time in 20 years, the team will not hold practices in the Rochester area. Instead, they will conduct their entire training camp at their team facilities in Orchard Park.

While daily COVID-19 testing will continue for the first two weeks of training camp, Bills players who tested negative on Day 1, 2, and 4 can now enter the facility for physical exams and equipment fitting.

The Bills are instructed to familiarize players with COVID related alterations to the facilities including locker rooms, dining rooms, and other restricted and non-restricted areas.

Players will also review the rules applicable to those areas under COVID protocols.

Virtual football-related meetings can be held, but these activities must be conducted in a manner to minimize the risk of exposure to the virus and may not interfere with physical exams.

We’ll preview this year’s training camp on Wednesday night with a special edition of Buffalo Kickoff Live. Tune in to WIVB that night at 7 p.m.

Due to this change, Wheel of Fortune will air at 7 p.m. on CW23 instead.
