BUFFALO, N.Y.  (WIVB) — Bills wide receiver Zay Jones was arrested Monday night in Los Angeles, News 4 has confirmed.

He was released Wednesday morning at 4:45 a.m. from the USC Medical Center, where he was being held.

According to the LA County Sheriff’s office, Jones was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Monday night and booked close to 1 a.m by the LAPD.

“We are aware of the incident involving Zay Jones,” the Bills said in a statement. “We are still in the process of gathering more information on the matter. At this point, we will have no further comment.”

According to an LAPD spokesperson, “Central division responded around 11:20 Monday to Isaiah Jones, described as a suspect breaking glass doors & windows. When officers responded, he was placed under arrest & booked for felony vandalism. He’s being held at USC Medical Center.”

According to TMZ, Jones — who was naked at the time of the incident — was involved in a struggle with his brother Cayleb, who was reportedly trying to prevent the 22-year-old from jumping out a 30th floor window at a LA complex.

The video also shows blood and broken glass.

Jones struggled his rookie season, catching just 27 passes for 316 yards and two touchdowns, and underwent shoulder surgery in January.  He was selected in the second round by the Bills in the 2017 draft.

Jones was released from jail and will appear in court on April 11.
