After a bizarre finish in Friday night’s narrow one-run win over Lousiville, Saturday proved to be another down-to-the-wire nailbiter between the Bisons and Bats.

Kirby Snead picked up his first save with Buffalo, slamming the door on the Bats’ comeback effort in the ninth to preserve a 4-3 win.

After giving up a home run to start the final inning, Snead settled in and, with the tying run at third, struck out Blake Trahan to end the game.

Ben Revere and Andy Burns each collected two hits and drove in runs in the eighth inning to give the Bisons a 4-2 lead.

Buffalo can sweep the three game series on Sunday. The next game broadcast on the CW23 will be June 9th.
