Bisons prospect Bo Bichette suffered a broken finger on his left hand in Monday’s 7-3 loss to the Syracuse Mets, a source told News 4 Sports.
Bichette took a pitch off his hand in teh third inning and left after going 0-1 with a walk and a run scored. According to MLB Pipeline, Bichette is the 10th best prospect in baseball. He was batting .250 before the injury.
