Bisons Drop 8th Straight

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Vlad. Jr opened up the game with an RBI double, but Syracuse would score seven unanswered runs as the Bisons dropped their eighth straight game 7-4.

Anthony Alford added an RBI double in the first to give the Bisons a 2-0 lead. 

The Chiefs would add seven straight runs, including four runs in the third innings to take their lead for good.

Buffalo tried to make the comeback in the eight inning as Richard Urena had a two run home run to close the gap to three, but that would be as close as the Bisons would get. 

Brandon Cumpton had the loss for Buffalo, giving up seven runs off nine hits in six innings.

Buffalo and Syracuse continue the series Saturday evening.
