Behind 20 points and 10 rebounds from Marvin Prochet, the Purple Eagles powered past the Bonnies for a season opening 80-72 win Monday night.
The double-double was the 10th in Prochet’s career.
James Towns and Keleaf Tate finished with 18 and 17 points, respectively in the victory. The Bonnies were led in scoring by Jalen Poyser, who finished with 21.
