Sabres prospect Jack Quinn out with season-ending injury


BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Buffalo Sabres 2020 first-round draft pick Jack Quinn underwent surgery and will miss the rest of the season, the Sabres announced on Thursday.

Quinn had surgery to repair a hernia. The timeline to recover from that surgery is expected to be six weeks.

The forward has played in 15 games for the Rochester Americans. Quinn has scored two goals and accumulated seven assists.
