It was a very special night for Bills legend Thurman Thomas.
The hall-of-fame running back’s number 34 became retired at half-time on Monday night.
Chris Berman emceed a very special celebration filled with cheers and ovations.
Thomas joins Bruce Smith and Jim Kelly as the only Bills to have their number retired.
Kelly, Smith, Marv Levy, and Andre Reed were also in attendance for this ceremony.
Thomas spent 12 years with the Bills. In that time, he went to five pro-bowls and was the 1991 MVP. He was selected to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2007.
