BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- The eve of Halloween turned out to be a scary night for defenses.
The UB and Miami offenses racked up a total of 958 yards in the Bulls 51-42 win. In the end it was the UB playmakers that shined the brightest under the national spotlight.
Quarterback Tyree Jackson accounted for 6 touchdowns(3 pass, 3 run) in the win.
Bulls wide out Anthony Johnson set the school record with 238 yards receiving yards in a single game. Johnson also hauled in 3 touchdown passes.
Freshman Jaret Patterson continued his great season by adding 96 yards and a touchdown on the ground.
UB is 8-1 for the first time since 1959 and 5-0 in MAC play for the first time since 2013.
The Bulls next game is 11/6 when they host Kent State.
