Empire State Weekly First Regions Reopen

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Five of New York's ten Regions have been approved to begin Phase 1 of reopening, as new COVID-19 cases are on the decline in each. Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente and Chemung County Executive Chris Moss spoke about how they are moving forward.
