BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — So many people were able to brighten up the life of Lloyd, a dog at the Niagara SPCA, before his passing. And he did the same for them.

On Friday morning, we got to talk with Liz Marshall, who works for the SPCA and served as Lloyd’s foster.

She spoke of Lloyd’s legacy and what the SPCA is doing now to give animals more time with people who might not have time for a dog.
